You can stop certain calls from being made or received on your mobile phone.

You can set your phone to divert some or all of your calls to other phone numbers (or to your Voice Mail).

When someone is trying to reach you whilst you're already on a call, you will hear a beep. You can then place your first caller on hold and take the second, switching between the two as required.
